  1. Property management service agreement signed by the property manager and the landlord.
  2. Details and comditions of the property are physically verified by the personnel of the property manager plus photos are taken.
  3. Communication and booking will go through the property manager.
  4. Initial booking deposit or finder's fee will be paid to the property manager instead of the landlord.
  5. The balance of the rent will be paid directly to the landlord upon arrival or according to the terms of payment by the landlord.
  6. The property manager will do their best effort to warranty the availability of the booked property or substitute to the satisfaction of the renter will be arranged, otherwise the finder's fee will be refunded to the renter.
